Service was great, I came in for a gas door malfunction. I was quoted an hour and a half wait. And sure enough the service rep Thomas came out to get me and let me know that they fixed the issue with the ga I was quoted an hour and a half wait. And sure enough the service rep Thomas came out to get me and let me know that they fixed the issue with the gas door and they did a full inspection and made sure the car was in great shape before getting me on my way. I have prepaid maintenance package. And every time I cam for the service the term is always changed. When they sold the package they said it will take care of every maintenance my car n And every time I cam for the service the term is always changed. When they sold the package they said it will take care of every maintenance my car needs for the next two years. But.. 'We only cover this, not cover that.." that is the response I got from the dealer when I brought my car back for periodic maintenance. And always have to pay extra few hundreds bucks each time. I don't know. Maybe the dealer needs to be more clear when selling pre-paid package?? More
