This dealer is like other dealerships. They will try to get as much from you and lie to you. They will try to sneak as much as they can past you if you don't pay attention. This experience was the best to date. I wish the financing part could be streamlined to eliminate the waiting. Also, there is always a strong push for purchasing the extended warranty. Toyota has a good reputation for product quality. There shouldn't be a need to purchase additional coverage. Any purchase from the dealer should come with a guarantee that the vehicle will not immediately breakdown. That's the sense I got from the finance person. More

Service was great, I came in for a gas door malfunction. I was quoted an hour and a half wait. And sure enough the service rep Thomas came out to get me and let me know that they fixed the issue with the ga I was quoted an hour and a half wait. And sure enough the service rep Thomas came out to get me and let me know that they fixed the issue with the gas door and they did a full inspection and made sure the car was in great shape before getting me on my way. They also gave me a free car wash. Ask for Thomas!! More
