I was disappointed with the Service Dept. I had a wonderful service tech but I felt deceived when I asked to get the driver seat fan hooked back to the hose. I was lead to believe that the I had a wonderful service tech but I felt deceived when I asked to get the driver seat fan hooked back to the hose. I was lead to believe that the issue was resolved along with the oil change and tire rotation. I was never verbally informed or in written form that the reattachment of fan box to hose could not be completed. I left and discovered at night that the fan to hose was not reattached. When I went back, the service dept informed me that I would have to return and have that performed. When I returned a few days later, I was charged a fee when originally it was suppose to be free. I feel discouraged as a woman because I feel that I was taken as a careless driver who would not even notice that they never attached the hose to fan. It was indeed an inconvenience and disappointment as I don’t feel I can trust the service department. Again, the tech was professional and kind. I take pride in being a Toyota loyal member as noticed through my +20 year Toyota purchases and services. All of that was taken away with the inconsiderate actions that took place that day. More
