My car buying experience at this place was top notch! Last weekend I initially purchased a used Mini Cooper. Although it was a super fun car to drive, there were a couple minor issues it had that I was a Last weekend I initially purchased a used Mini Cooper. Although it was a super fun car to drive, there were a couple minor issues it had that I was aware upon taking delivery. It was Autonation Certified, so I knew it would be addressed within the 90 day/4000 mile warranty. On the other hand, because I live far away I had remorse and decided to exercise their 5-day no questions asked return policy. The return was as simple & easy as the purchasing experience! Now keep in mind that I had an exceptional experience with my sales guys (Tristan/Aldo) and in finance (Lou). During my return visit, I was looking at other used vehicles they had for sale. I never thought about getting a Prius, but the one they had in stock appeared to be in excellent condition and around the same price range of the Cooper I initially purchased. Although I was advised that on my second purchase I won't be able to exercise the 5-day clause again, I felt more comfortable purchasing an unmodified used Toyota from a Toyota dealership. I don't regret this purchase, and overall am extremely satisfied. Honestly, if it weren't for my interactions with Tristan and/or Lou, I wouldn't have felt the need to purchase another vehicle from this particular dealership. However, I highly recommend them for a simple car buying experience (especially in today's market)! More
