My RAV4 wouldn’t start and was towed in for service. The next day when I picked up the car the service manager couldn’t tell me what the problem was. The mechanic didn’t write what was done to fix it. The next day when I picked up the car the service manager couldn’t tell me what the problem was. The mechanic didn’t write what was done to fix it. They only wrote that they fixed a secondary issue. No charge per warranty, but I wish I knew what was wrong. More

The representative was friendly and efficient. I really liked him and hope I can deal with him again next time I come in. He explained what needed to be done on my regular maintenance and it was I really liked him and hope I can deal with him again next time I come in. He explained what needed to be done on my regular maintenance and it was finished when he said it would be. They did notice some other things that needed to be done and asked me if I wanted to do them at this point, and I agreed, so that although I thought that this regular one year maintenance would be very low cost, I ended up paying several hundred dollars unexpectedly. I appreciate that they take the time to see what else the car may need so that there is not an expected breakdown and repair problem. The car runs great and the dealership is very efficient and friendly. I just need to remember that I need to have a bit more in my bank account whenever I bring the car in. More
