I have been a customer here for many years. I have purchased and leased vehicles here on several occasions. I have been treated well during these transactions. I am not so happy with the service department though. Recently I made a 10:00 AM appointment for an oil and filter change.. It took nearly 3 hours before this job was completed. I guess appointments don’t mean much. This is not the first time this has happened. I hope in the future this problem could be corrected! More
