Great service, wait wit an appointment was way too long. Waiting area had 1 tv blasting so you couldn't hear the other TV. There were patrons in the waiting room really coughing alot unmasked. I have purchased over 10 cars from this dealership both new and used and will not bring my car here for service! I bought a used car from them last year and because it was another maker, they gave me 3 com new and used and will not bring my car here for service! I bought a used car from them last year and because it was another maker, they gave me 3 complimentary oil changes. I should have never fell for the “free” because the service department sucks!!! Too many people standing around just tallying amongst themselves, service advisors don’t know squat and almost messed my car for a free oil change. I will continue to bring my Toyotas to other dealers because AutoNation Cerritos service is the worst and I definitely will not recommend!!! More

I started off looking at a used truck at this dealer talked to sales man twice told him I had cash in hand asked him to work his magic. But nothing was done . I went back 3 days ago and meet s guy n talked to sales man twice told him I had cash in hand asked him to work his magic. But nothing was done . I went back 3 days ago and meet s guy name Adam took the truck again for a Test drive explained the situation what happened before asked him if he wanted to sell that truck that day he said yes I told him to work his magic . So he did not only did I buy the truck which he was able to get $1600.00 off the asking i bought a bumper to bumper extended warranty package . And I was out the door in 4 hrs with the help of Zee in financing which promptly and professionally did all the paperwork. More
