My car was vandalized of the catalytic converter and the insurance company did the bare minimum, but thanks to Anthony and the Toyota automation crew made this bad experience a whole lot better. They helped with a rental car, tow truck, and checked on my well being several times while my car was being worked on. Even though the insurance company did not pay for the car shield I had put on my car to avoid the problem with those thieves taking the catalytic converter again Toyota helped me with that and had everything fixed and ready right away. Anthony and the service team are the Best! More

Cerritos Toyota checked out an issue that I had with a panel that fell of while loading a bi into my car. The service techs tried to fix it with no cost to me but it was determined the part was too damage panel that fell of while loading a bi into my car. The service techs tried to fix it with no cost to me but it was determined the part was too damaged and needed to be exchanged. Most dealerships would have charged me for this service or tried to sell me the part from the start. The tech was still able to temporarily have the part stay as best as possible. Great job either way guys. More

I have 2021 camry I had rear flat tire I brought my car at autonation they said can’t patch it. I bought new tire so they can put a new one. I’m happy finally my car fixed it. When I driving at the freewa at autonation they said can’t patch it. I bought new tire so they can put a new one. I’m happy finally my car fixed it. When I driving at the freeway I had a difficul and bad situation the Mechanic did’nt check all PSI in proper Level. I got 39, 39 in the front and 38 rear. For a new tire was 33 only i sent a message to one advisor but did not response. More
