The service advisor was the only guy that really helped me out with what I needed to get done. As I was waiting I needed to talk to a financial advisor and no one wanted to help me. Toyota Cerritos has more car inventory as compared to others and we met a very good sale rep that we highly recommend. Brian Columbia provided excellent customer service. Unlike other dealers, they communicated truthfully that the vehicle we were interested in was present, made an appointment at our convenience, were polite and helpful but not pressuring. The finance manag the vehicle we were interested in was present, made an appointment at our convenience, were polite and helpful but not pressuring. The finance manager found us a competitive interest rate and was not overly pushy about adding on optional warranties. I would recommend the dealership. We were told we would be contacted to bring in the car for a protective coating, but this has not happened as quickly as promised. More

Poor service. Got there and dealer had to ask several times what door they were servicing. Wouldn't they know that already? They ordered the wrong part too.
