Had an appointment to service my vehicle and take care of a recall. I get a call three hours later telling me that they did not take care of the recall because it wasn’t on the service order. It was the person from the dealer who called me to inform me about both things that would be done on the same appointment. A waste of my time. More

My car was vandalized of the catalytic converter and the insurance company did the bare minimum, but thanks to Anthony and the Toyota automation crew made this bad experience a whole lot better. They helped insurance company did the bare minimum, but thanks to Anthony and the Toyota automation crew made this bad experience a whole lot better. They helped with a rental car, tow truck, and checked on my well being several times while my car was being worked on. Even though the insurance company did not pay for the car shield I had put on my car to avoid the problem with those thieves taking the catalytic converter again Toyota helped me with that and had everything fixed and ready right away. Anthony and the service team are the Best! More
