Overall, the staff was courteous, and I appreciated the customer lounge that was pretty clean and had wifi. The service itself was fine. Claudia is a great service advisor and kept me in the loop about my truck. We went there for a tire rotation. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours! When no one contacted us,I went to the service desk to find out why its taking so long the service co-ordinator We were there for over 2 1/2 hours! When no one contacted us,I went to the service desk to find out why its taking so long the service co-ordinator seemed confused. The were not rotated! There was a good reason why were not rotated. Not a fan of this dealership at all. Nothing but problems and headaches.. I had to go through Toyota motor corporation 7 separate phone calls and get multiple managers to get their finance manager Jordan to call me back because I had problems with my license plates and registration. He called me back once and said he would get back to me same business day and never heard back from him for over 3 weeks. After numerous calls if came down to his dishonesty saying he called me back which he didn’t. He even left a sarcastic voice mail saying he returned my call which never happened. Also when I bought my truck that I paid in full for they left scratches all over the bed and cracked the tail light when they stored the truck and didn’t even tell me about it. They put red tape over it to try and hide it. If I didn’t see it upon inspection when picking up my truck they would have kept it from me. It took a month to get that part in for them to “make it right”. They didn’t address the scratches all over my bed. I just have to deal with that but my tail light was replaced. No apologies whatsoever from this dealership. Also they just made my first repair appointment without consulting me on time and or date. I think that’s highly rude to do. You consult with a customer first. Who do you think you are arranging my schedule for me? This dealer does high handed tactics and I will never go there again unless it’s because it’s warranties repairs. I will do general maintenance at another dealership. Not at this place. This dealership has bad reviews and I see why. Very unprofessional. They didn’t even wash my truck after it was there for over 2 hours being worked on. You’d think they would clean the truck, especially since it’s there for a dealer mistake. I’ve seen my sister take her truck elsewhere for an oil change and they will detail her truck. This place nope, nada, zilch. Zero customer service and or relations. More

Had a horrible experience. Car had cracked interior parts and so I asked if we can do something about it. The salesperson I was working with me said he can't do anything I'll h Car had cracked interior parts and so I asked if we can do something about it. The salesperson I was working with me said he can't do anything I'll have to talk to the finance manager. I already made up my mind to buy the car so we started the paperwork. The sales person helping me out comes out with some paperwork then disappears for like 30 minutes while I sat by myself at the desk. He comes back and said sorry I had to deliver a car. I was about to walk out and call it quits but I decided I wanted the car so I stayed. Then he brings over the finance manager and the finance manager brings me some paperwork and also disappears for 30 minutes while I sat there like my dumb self again wondering what the xxxx is going on. The sales person who was helping me out then comes back and said is he back yet? I'm like no he never came back so he goes and tells the finance manager I need to go pick up my kid. The finance manager finally comes out and takes me into his office and we started the paperwork. He then tells me about this service plan saying he can save me $72 over the total cost so it's basically free. I'm telling him how is this possible. He tells me, "Oh I moved some numbers around like taxes and stuff." At this point I already given up so I said sure just get me out of here. So it turns out the service plan was actually $595. I didn't know that, I just agreed because he told me he somehow saved me $72. I told him $72 won't change my life just get me out of here so I signed and left. Most of the signings are done on a keypad without the contract for you to see. If my story seems fake, please have AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos look at the cameras to see myself sitting by myself for most of the time. I made a purchase on a 2017 Lexus GX460 on March 5th of 2022 at approximately 3PM to 5 PM and will never forget the experience. Worst experience of my life, will never ever ever ever go back to AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos and I hope some of you guys won't ever experience the poor quality of service I have received. Last thing I asked for was to air up the tires because I know they're low, car comes back looking the same with some excuses. I have given up, I have my own air compressor so no big deal. More
It was very easy to make an appointment for 40k service , drop off and pick up my car. Very little wait time. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and right on schedule I received a call that my car was r drop off and pick up my car. Very little wait time. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and right on schedule I received a call that my car was ready to go. Customer service was A+. Everyone that helped me was great. Definitely making this my go-to service location. More
