The staff are great and very knowledgeable. Only downside is there are long wait times for the service department and they tend to run over the estimated time. I went to get an extra key for my vehicle and was quoted 1 hour. It ended up taking 2 because an employee did not put down where they parked my car. So they had to find it first before they could work on it. More

I arrived 30 min early for 7am appointment, Bianca got me started at 6:50am. She said a few mechanics were already ready to go so they started the service right away. I had 3 different service repairs done, started at 6:50am. She said a few mechanics were already ready to go so they started the service right away.
