I would have given 5 stars if I wasn’t told on the phone that appointments are scheduled by phone before 2 pm. The funny thing is it turned exactly 2pm while I was having the discussion on the phone. Overall, the staff was courteous, and I appreciated the customer lounge that was pretty clean and had wifi. The service itself was fine.
