I came in for the last covered warranty on my 2019 Rav4. I discovered the day of my appointment that the clip that releases the fuel door had fallen off and I could not open the fuel door. The part was not in stock and I returned the next day to have the part replaced. I was surprised to be paying $280 for the basic service done. The clip was the only thing covered under warranty. I feel the cost of this service is high and will consider where my next service is done. More

Simple 5k maintenance, tire rotation and inspection. Inspection came back 36 psi on all tires, TPMS showed 34 in front left and 37 on others. It came back like that, no rotation. These guys just cleared the digital maintenance notification. I complain, they take it back, PSI shows as blank until I drive a bit and wait 10 seconds, PSI at 36/37 all around. No car wash, didn't give me a voucher at first, after they actually do a rotation, they give me 2 vouchers. I think in hope I don't leave a bad review? If you want to be able to trust that service you paid for is being performed, I suggest going to another location. More

Been getting my car serviced for the last 4 years at your dealership service was ok was never given a work sheet from service manager so never knew his name. The sale person Alex R was very personable and courteous, so was the Financer Jesus Q. The only complaint I would have is the wait time to see a Finance person, it took over 45 minute with no one telling me so was the Financer Jesus Q.
