I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for a while now and after visiting a few Toyota dealerships in my area I always walked out disliking the experience. When I visited AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, we we and after visiting a few Toyota dealerships in my area I always walked out disliking the experience. When I visited AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, we were greeted by JC and boy did he make all the difference with his charismatic personality. Most auto salespeople would be tired and wanting to go home at 8pm on a Saturday night but JC was enthusiastic, energetic, and very approachable. The day I visited, there was hardly any inventory but JC was able to show me a few alternatives and talked pricing for a car that wasn't even delivered yet. JC was able to follow up with me during the week that it was suppose to get there. In the end, I was able to get the truck that I wanted, a white Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Off Road. Thanks JC!! Hands down, I recommend working with him. More

We arrived on the evening of 02-18-22 and were greeted by attentive team member Jose Rivera, Jose went of of his way to retrieve our vehicle of interest from the prep area as it was in the inspection process attentive team member Jose Rivera, Jose went of of his way to retrieve our vehicle of interest from the prep area as it was in the inspection process. Jose went over OTD costs with us and even provided us with a written estimate. We returned the morning of 02-19-22 to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Salesman Brian Columbia was exceptional, he took his time to explain all functions of this use Toyota Avalon even though it was over 10 years old, he spent over an hours with my mother and I explaining each operation to her being careful and patient answering her questions. Brian was a delight to work with. He made us feel special as if we were purchasing a New vehicle. He offered us snacks and beverage while we waited to complete our paperwork. he also followed up with two phone calls and an email to answer additional questions and ensure we were happy with our purchase. This is the best vehicle purchase I've ever had and I have purchased from Porsche and Lexus. AutoNation is fortunate to have these two outstanding and friendly professionals on their team. My first time at this dealership. Service Representative was on point. Only complaint is when I got my sienna van back and got home. I noticed new and deep scratches. I know it would be a big dispute and no proof when it happend. The sienna is my weekend car and I barely drive it and I do have OCD and notice every little detail in my van. I believe the service techs or porters scratched the heck out of my car when the park the car for service and park the car. More
