The sale person Alex R was very personable and courteous, so was the Financer Jesus Q. The only complaint I would have is the wait time to see a Finance person, it took over 45 minute with no one telling me so was the Financer Jesus Q. We love the vehicle we purchased and felt no pressure or sales pitch. He allowed us to just look and answered the questions we had. We knew the price range we needed to stay in and he honored that. Signing the docs was odd, the loan officer, though nice enough and he ended up getting a better price for financing, but we had to shout over one another because of him blasting his music! Good thing we're cool, otherwise that could have blown a sale for the sales guy. Overall, great experience though. More
