I normally have never had any issues bringing in my vehicle for service without an appointment but this last time I pulled in and waited for a little over 30 minutes and nobody approached my vehicle wh vehicle for service without an appointment but this last time I pulled in and waited for a little over 30 minutes and nobody approached my vehicle whatsoever. If it hadn’t been for my boyfriend stopping someone and asking how much longer before someone came by, to which they said they would let one of the advisors know to come out, and when he did they came out not even two minutes later. I will say we did receive amazing service from her, but i do wonder how long we would have waited if my boyfriend didn’t wave someone down. More
