Bad customer service I currently own a Toyota and I love it, but it is time for an upgrade. With time what I need in a car has changed so I decided to go into the dealersh I currently own a Toyota and I love it, but it is time for an upgrade. With time what I need in a car has changed so I decided to go into the dealership and look for an upgrade. I know what I am looking for in a car so I had two models in mind. As soon as I parked, the salesman was at my door asking what I wanted. I explained that I was interested in looking at a RAV 4. He took me to the display room and pointed to the car. He gave no information so I proceeded to look inside. He asked when I intended to buy a car. I answered soon, but that I wanted to look at another model. He told me "you don't need that, it's too big for you." He asked if I would be buying a car "today soon" and after I answered "today is too soon". He said "okay thank you" and walked away. I did not get a chance to get his name or view the second model I was interested in. I did not feel like my time was respected and I am not sure why he would assume that I would not need a specific car. My intention was to stay in the Toyota family, but I will be looking elsewhere. 50k mile service prius check up My service advisor Tiffeny Baker as been my advisor the first and second time came in. Very Bad Service I took my car in for service and they LIED to me telling me I need additional work done. NOT TRUE, little did they know I had just replaced my battery I took my car in for service and they LIED to me telling me I need additional work done. NOT TRUE, little did they know I had just replaced my battery. I took my car to where I bought the battery and it was at 100%, I then took my car to a couple other places to have the battery checked and AGAIN it was in great condition and was at 100%. These guys are LIARS and thief's trying to get you to have repairs that don't need. More

No pressure sales, straightforward After having dealt with a couple dealerships where as a young woman I was told what I wanted by salesmen who didn't care to ask what I actually wanted After having dealt with a couple dealerships where as a young woman I was told what I wanted by salesmen who didn't care to ask what I actually wanted, I ended up purchasing my car at the Cerritos Toyota dealership. Amazingly, in this age with easy access to online car sources, it was incredible that some dealerships refused to post carfax reports on their websites; thus, it was refreshing to be able to access the carfax report easily and for free on the Toyota Cerritos website. Josh Yoo was very helpful and listened to what I wanted in a car. He helped make the buying process fun and personable. I felt respected throughout the whole process; at no point did either Josh or Mehir (finance guy) try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. Awesome experience at this dealership! More
