This was my first time coming in for my 5000 mile service at Cerritos Autonation and my experience was pleasantly surprising. I did make an appointment and was seen exactly on time as my scheduled appointmen at Cerritos Autonation and my experience was pleasantly surprising. I did make an appointment and was seen exactly on time as my scheduled appointment. Pedro the service advisor was personable, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I had switched to a Chevy for about two years and hated the service the dealership provided. I remember saying I’m going back to Toyota and they said well that’s Toyota… RIGHT!!! Long story short that’s all I needed to hear, so I purchase my 2021 Avalon and brought it in for service and everything about Cerritos Autonation was a positive experience.
