AutoNation Toyota Cerritos

I arrived at Toyota of Cerritos at 640am shortly before they opened at 7am. I arrived early to be one of the first customers so I could be in and out. I left my car with Jake Bumacod the After Sales Adviso they opened at 7am. I arrived early to be one of the first customers so I could be in and out. I left my car with Jake Bumacod the After Sales Advisor. Nothing major wrong with my car, routine matinenance. I was told the service would take 3 hours max. I waited in the customer waiting area for 2.5 hours and decided to go check on my vehicle. Upon checking on it, I noticed that my vehicle had not been serviced. Jake Bumacod answer to why my vehicle had not been worked on is because they were waiting on paperwork. Really!?! I asked to speak speak with a service manager who helped me out by the name of Carlos.He was able to resolve the matter. But if I had not stayed to wait I would have not known that my vehicle was still sitting untouched and God only knows how long I would have had to wait. The ball was dropped today. Jake did not take accountability for this, but yet pointed fingers at his staff and said it was out of his hands! More
