Last time I was there for routine check plus getting my second key for RAV4 after waiting for 10 months. The service technician told me they had the key and the vehicle should be ready to pick up in 4 hour second key for RAV4 after waiting for 10 months. The service technician told me they had the key and the vehicle should be ready to pick up in 4 hours. So when I went back to pick up my vehicle, they told me that they don't have the second key, and I have to comeback again when they have the key again. Not a very pleasant trip. More

The other thing was signing took a long time. We recently bought a Prius at another Toyota and there was less waiting. Lastly we did not get our full paperwork such as the trade-in release that the financial person said was in our envelope but wasn’t. I called and after 10 days, no return call yet. More
