Unsure why he attempted to explain how the vehicle worked, he mistakenly gave us wrong information and he only spoke directly to my husband even though I was purchasing it (a woman). We did not finance the vehicle. The time we waited to see the finance person was extremely long but thankfully the sales rep used some of this time to review the vehicle. The dealership did not meet our expectations on this purchase. More
