Took my truck in for a scheduled oil change. Took two hours for them to get the truck on a lift. Received a call stating that two screws on the factory skid plate were stripped and I would have Took two hours for them to get the truck on a lift. The truck has only ever been serviced by Toyota technicians, which means the last tech stripped the screws, not me. Have to argue with the manager to get them to replace the screws at no cost to me. When the truck was first returned to me after completing the oil change, it was clear that the skid plate was removed off the vehicle and poorly reinstalled, screws and bolts were all loose or not even in all the way, with additional damage to the skid plate from breaking off the screw heads of the stripped screws. Had to get the manager out of his office to look at the truck. They sent it back and reinstalled the skid plate properly but some screws were still found loose. Also I found my tires over inflated after the service. Usually have good experiences with this service center but for whatever reason, it seems the service technicians are being careless with their work. What should have been a two hour service turned into 4 very frustrating hours. More

It’s a good dealer but I wouldn’t say the best.
