I was pleased that the service was in the time that was promised. I was in a tight schedule as I had to pick up my kids from school. He was waiting with my keys at my car to make sure I could leave on time promised. I was in a tight schedule as I had to pick up my kids from school. Showed up to my appointment time a few minutes early and we had to stand around with workers everywhere but no one acknowledged us. I had to go ask someone for help and I was pushed around to several people we had to stand around with workers everywhere but no one acknowledged us. I had to go ask someone for help and I was pushed around to several people and areas. I finally said that I was a teacher and needed to get to work because I have a classroom full of kids counting on me to show up on time. I got attitude from the worker but she finally helped me check in. This had been almost 20 min after my appointment time had started. When I left, they said they would call when my car was ready for pickup so I waited. Then I get a phone call at almost 5pm asking if I was going to ever come pick up my car. I told them I have been waiting on a call per the conversation in the morning when it was ready. On top of everything else, I when I got in my car, the steering wheel and shifter were filthy. I wipe my steering wheel down several times a week so to see black finger prints all over was disgusting. I will never be using AutoNation Toyota dealership for any services again. Beyond disappointing. More
Ahmad Alassadi acquisition representative did a stellar job helping sell my truck. He was very professional and answered all my questions. We purchased a used vehicle, and worked with two sales associates (it was late evening and the process was long since finance was short handed). Overall the purchase was stress-free. My only complaint associates (it was late evening and the process was long since finance was short handed). Overall the purchase was stress-free. My only complaint would be post-sale responsiveness. I received two emails from the first sales associate inviting me to reach out any time with questions or concerns. I have done so, but so far only crickets. For example, our vehicle came with only one key fob. The second sales associated agreed to follow up with the previous owner to see if another was available. I asked the first associate about this also, and he said he would check as well. I didn't hear anything for a week, so I emailed the first associate again asking for suggestions on where to purchase key fob replacements. Another week went by without a reply. I emailed both sales associates about a power door lock issue to ask if it would be covered under any warranty. Nearly a week after that, still no response. In contrast, when the first sales associate emailed me to clarify an insurance question, I responded THE SAME DAY. Now I understand that a sales associate's job is to sell vehicles, not post-sale hand-holding. But if you are going to invite customers to reach out, you should at least respond. Anything else leads to false expectations and disappointment. More
