Finance department Dept forces customers into buying service contracts that they don't want by telling if they don't buy warranty banks won't finance the sale finance lies and tricks customers. I was sold two warranties with out my knowledge. Finance department rushed me into signing with out explaining anything.never wil I even recommend this place your dealership lies even in the commercials when you say you zell for the purchase of a car you don't you find ways to keep the money like you did with me. That guy in finance is a crooked person nothing short of a professional embezzler Toyota should be ashamed of having that kind of people there. Sales person gave a paper saying I was supposed to get $2.000.00 back for the sale to you of my car and he says that I'm not getting nothing he's probably into it with the finance guy. I'm ashamed to tell my friends where I got this car and to think I was going to send two of my friends and my nephew not no more once I found out that your dealership is keeping my money.TOYOTA AUTO NATION YOU ARE A GOOD DEALER WITH THE WORST FINANCE DEPARTMENT WITH IN YOU AND I THINK YOU KNOW BRCAUSE I READ LOTS IF THE REVIEWS AND THERE ARE MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WITH VERY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES LIKE ME AND YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU WONT DO NOTHING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE THERE GO TO xxxx TOYOTA OF CERRITOS.
