AutoNation Toyota Cerritos

I took my vehicle in to get regular maintenance such as tire rotation, oil change, and they recommended an alignment so I agreed. I showed up at 830 am for my appointment at 9. I was told I could get it at tire rotation, oil change, and they recommended an alignment so I agreed. I showed up at 830 am for my appointment at 9. I was told I could get it at 11 or 1120 so I waited on site. Next thing I know it's 1118 I walk over to see all the gates are down. Apparently they had a company lunch that would end at 1 pm so now I had to wait. Later at 108 I got my vehicle back paid and once I got inside I see my camera and decided to check out the footage. It clearly shows the timestamp of the vehicle being completed with the services at 1105, being driven to the parking structure and being left there, the following video is of it being driven to me around 110. In other words they could have given me my vehicle earlier but didn't despite me waiting right there. More

We purchased our New tires from AutoNation Toyota in Cerritos. Was able to get a great deal. Our service advisor was Ali. He was able to get us our tires same day/installation and alignment. I had a horrible experience bringing my car here for service. They did NOT deliver on their promises nor were they able to find my car. I waited for 35 minutes for them to find my car. And, while I was waiting for them to find my car, there was no free water in the waiting area (I refused to spend $1 on a bottle of water while I was being fprced to wait longer than expected). Thankfully, one of the valet employees was kind and accommodating and provided water for me. I finally received my vehicle but was disappointed to find that the initial concern that I had, the ONLY reason for taking it to a Toyota dealership, was not addressed. I will never return to Toyota Cerritos, not for service, not to purchase my next vehicle. More
