I had an appointment at 8am and stood by my truck for 15 minutes and another man came up and said he would help me, it would not of bothered me but I had to get to work, that’s why I made an early appointme minutes and another man came up and said he would help me, it would not of bothered me but I had to get to work, that’s why I made an early appointment. When I went in it was for an oil/oil filter change. Which sparked a conversation about the 1st oil change isn't a change it's a check. Where they only check the oil, not change it. When the vehicle is requesting the change at 5k miles and they say it's only required at 10k, but once I get the change done at 6k they placed a sticker in my vehicle saying to return at 11.. So in 5k not the 10 they recommended. Once in my vehicle it still says maintenance required, so what did they do if not provided maintenance? More
