BE CAREFUL HERE. We took our Toyota Highlander in for service. All it needed was tire rotation because it was not due for oil change. My husband marks the tires beforehand and then writes a diagram in a notebook. At the end of two and one-half hours (yes this is how long it took them NOT to rotate the tires) we were told our car was ready. But, yes, you guessed it, the tires had not been rotated. The Manager and the Customer Care Specialist were called and conferred. Eventually, just 20 minutes later, the car was back with tires rotated. More

I had a 3:15 appointment for 15,000 mile service and oil change, vehicle was checked into the system at 3:29. Service rep explained that the service would take 2-2 1/2 hours.
