I bought a 2022 Tacoma last month. It took a few weeks before it arrived, but I didn't mind. My sales rep. was Tina Marie and she was awesome. I don't know who dropped the ball, but I just recently found out that the financing for my truck did not go as it was supposed to. I sent in a Dealer Funding Request form to AutoNation to fill out and send to my bank (USAA) for financing. The Dealer Funding Request form was never filled out and sent to USAA. But it was actually my fault for trusting in AutoNation to get the paperwork right. I will be changing my 5 stars to 2 stars, because these people have cost me "more" money. More
This AutoNation Toyota in Fort Myers, Fl dealership was awful. We have gone to them every single time to have our brand new Toyota oil changed and checked up since we purchased it at your dealership but I' awful. We have gone to them every single time to have our brand new Toyota oil changed and checked up since we purchased it at your dealership but I'm telling you now we will never ever go back again ever, after the way we were treated. Three hours for an oil change, and no one cared except the trainee Donovan but his hands were tied . We came there at a regular time, actually 15 minutes ahead of time at 9 AM. We had a 915 appointment. There were 12 cars in line and four lines total in front of us. The consultant, Sylvester Jennings , who was assigned to us when we got there, never told us anything except at 9:30 when his assistant called me to his office. He tried to sell me on balancing the tires; he didn't care about anything else. I asked when the car would be done and he said oh maybe an hour and a half it would get in.My wife came with and had surgery two days earlier on her knee and I told that to Sylvester but he didn't care .All I wanted was the oil changed in the car when we made the appointment online for our 2019 Highlander which had only had 26,000 miles on it yet he insisted on rotating and balancing the tires. ( which is an extra charge). He had a new trainee ,Donovan , working for him who was very nice. Finally after 2 1/2 hours of waiting I went into the consultants, Sylvester's office and asked him and he said they were finishing up paperwork. This was at 1130 AM . I then went to the paperwork desk and ask the secretaries if they have my paperwork they said no so that was a lie.The trainee, Donovan, came out at 11:30, and he was very nice and told us that it would take a while but they're finishing up the paperwork which is what the original consultant,Sylvester told us which was a lie then also. At 11:51 AM they told us the car was done but they're waiting for the paperwork. They gave me the keys at 11:55 but Donovan was nice enough to offer to go out to get it and bring it around because he saw my wife could not walk from sitting in a chair for three hours .We went outside and sat down and he brought the car 7 minutes later. The other customers were saying the same thing and there were at least 25 - 30 people in the waiting room at all times even sitting outside because they had no room!. One gentleman told me he's been fighting with the service manager for 2 1/2 hours but he's gotten nowhere. They had also been there for hours for an oil change. We, and our family, will never ever go to AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers, Fl again for anything else or recommend them because of the way we, and others, were treated .Our experiences before this oil change were no better . We give them a minus zero star rating. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in Fort Myers for Toyota and you have to go to Naples or out of town to get service on your Toyota. With all that said, we are finished with AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers,Fl. Chevy has never ever treated their customers like this and we will certainly go back to them . Good luck with your dealership AutoNation. It certainly needs to be reorganized and your act cleaned up. How do you all sleep at night?. More
