Michelle Branch at Maintenance Department is always pleasant and accomodating.she answered all my questions regarding my car...didn't really have to wait long. My only suggestion is maybe you add something better on your coffee table like litlle snacks/ popcorn or maybe a little bottled water ( like Honda and BMV.) coz' peolpe wait for hours sometimes..your coffee taste awful, seems like machine has not been clean or wash...(just being honest) Had to cross the street to buy starbucks coffee after tasting yours... My wife set the appointment for a oil change, and when I got there at 7:45am there were cars 4/5 deep in every lane and I got in and out in less than an hour.
