I was met within a minute of my arrival. I was offered a couple of add-on services to my oil change, which I took advantage of. I was told that it would take approximately 2.5 hours. I worked with sales consultant Joey to get my 4x4 Tacoma. I called around to a few other dealers and no one made me feel as welcomed or like they really wanted to win my business like they did. We couldn’t find a 4x4 anywhere but he located one for me to have shipped in. Truckers kept delaying delivery but Joey was in constant communication with me so I wasn’t left in the dark. Joey also knew the Taco in and out and showed me how to use all of the off-road features during our test drive. He’s laid back and helpful, ask for him when you go in and you won’t be disappointed. I also worked with his manager Raymond to get my payments where they needed to be. He was helpful and accommodating. I could tell they’re a volume dealer that isn’t trying to make a killing off of each and every customer. Lastly, Sean helped me in the finance office. Very knowledgeable on his products and communicates them well. I value peace of mind with my vehicle, I have enough headaches elsewhere in my life so I ended up getting tire and wheel and the extended warrantee simply because I want to “finance” any potential expenses rather than paying for them as they came up.
