The front brake rotors are warped, the dash lights have shadows and do not fully illuminate, the defrost lines in the back windshield are melting off, and the alignment pulls to the right. I was lucky enough to meet probably the best sales consultant that was a pleasure to deal with, Dale Fortner. He was very detail and knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. All in all I consultant that was a pleasure to deal with, Dale Fortner. He was very detail and knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. All in all I can recommend Dale as the go to guy and was very happy with my experience with him. The only annoyance was that when it came to making the full payment in cash, the finance person made me wait an inordinate amount of time. No idea why, he should have had all the paperwork ready for me to sign by the time I got there since it was a fixed appointment. He also attempted to upsell me on extended warranties which I immediately shut him down on before he got a full sentence out. Obviously he doesn't quite understand his role; he's there to do the paperwork and not to attempt to be a salesman. A good rule of thumb would be that if the finance guy tries to be a sales person, which he isn't, shut him down immediately and get him to concentrate on completing the paperwork in a timely fashion. Normally I would have walked out given the amount of time I was kept waiting for the paperwork (I believe I was the only person actually purchasing a vehicle at the dealership at that moment in time, so no excuses). The only reason I went through with the sale was due to the sales consultant Dale Fortner being such a good guy and was so helpful. More
