Had a scheduled appointment for 11am. Vehicle sat on the lot until 12:20pm before entering the service bay. Service writer promised it would take 1-2 hours to complete the service. Vented my frustration at the lack of customer service and the fact I sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours. Never had this poor service from any other Toyota Dealership in the USA or Canada on my travels. My recommendation - find a more professional Dealership even if you have to travel further. I bought a new car a year ago from them. The transaction was smooth. My salesman went above and beyond but I only give 1 star because the service department SUCKS! I went there at 1. They have my car. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours. Never heard anything I went back home. I have to call them at 6:30 for them to finally touch my car because every time they open or drive my car I know it. Then I have to call again no one picked up. I have to catch a ride to go there. Once I arrived the lady who had my car wasn’t there. I supposed she had left. Then some guy go get my car for me. Mine you that before I go home I informed her and she promised me she will call my phone but never did! I will never comeback to this place again. I’d rather pay for service or use a different dealership. More

I destroyed one of my tires and the "road hazard insurance" had expired. This dealer replaced my tire the same afternoon and I got a discount when I showed him a coupon.
