The service has diminished steadily over the five years I’ve been going here. My first appointment was canceled the night before by a staff member, I’ve never had this happen before. Unacceptable. I have had my cars serviced here for more. than 5 years. Joe Schulte is my service advisor and he is excellent. He clearly explains what needs to be done and tells me what options I have.
