Made an appt, but waited 45 min for Eric Rodriguez who I guess was out to lunch. The car was not ready at promised time. Reached out to Eric twice because he never followed up. Had to wait extra 2 hours and guess was out to lunch. The car was not ready at promised time. Reached out to Eric twice because he never followed up. Had to wait extra 2 hours and 15 min which was past the closing time. Never received an apology from Eric. More

Made an on-line maintenance appointment. Arrived on time and they checked me in. The time estimate was two hours, and the car was done in two hours.
