They took me for my appt 45 late. I was getting nervous because I had a specific time that I had to leave by. He then said that we can look over what needs to be done and maybe just do the essentials rather than the full service. This seemed like an okay plan, so I agreed to it after confirming several times that I would have my car back by the time I needed it. When that time came, I went back to check on the status and they hadn’t even started yet. I was just sitting around for nothing. I understand that everyone is understaffed these days but they need to be honest and respect my time. And I sat around waiting for 45 minutes for someone to see me for my appointment and then for another two hours for a job they didn’t even start. At that point I insisted that I needed my car back and had to leave, which took another 15 to 20 minutes, causing me to be late for some thing I had paid for. Please don’t give an appointment if you cannot accommodate it. If you do, be honest about how long it’s going to take. If you underestimated how much time it’s going to take, let me know right away so I can leave and come back another day. Don’t just pretend everything is fine and make a bunch of false promises.
