He gave me updates of when things were coming in and worked with my schedule. Coming from the other dealerships who either haven’t called me back in months or whose salespeople didn’t show up for planned meetings, it was a breath of fresh air to have Tom show me that my car was still a priority for them. Brought my car in for service at 7:10am. I was having an interim 5K mile service so it didn't require an oil change. I think it took 2 hours for a technician to actually look at my car becau I was having an interim 5K mile service so it didn't require an oil change. I think it took 2 hours for a technician to actually look at my car because I was texted around 9:15am that they recommended a couple of other items to be done which I okayed except for one item. I left the dealership at 11:50am, which is 20 minutes short of 5 hours for my car to be completed. I find this amount of time for my car to be service unacceptable. I used to have my car serviced at Keyes Toyota Van Nuys and I never waited this long for my car to be serviced. There was no issue with my service advisor. More
