My experience at Toyota Irvine started out great. AT approximately 1:30 pm I was called that my 2012 Tundra was ready to pickup. I paid my $1042 and got on the freeway and look at my dash, the red maintenance light was still lite. I drove back to the service department and the Service Consultant got in to the cab and fixed the problem. Later when I got home and started to review my invoice. My in mileage was 9 miles and my out mileage was 9 miles. It is 10 year old truck and has 129,658 miles at this writing. If the company is going make the Service Consultant cashiers. Give them PAID stamps that read right. Last invoice was a year off an this on was dated for Sunday May 1. These are very small things and I am not going any where else for service. I think may be the ship needs tightening. More
