The process of dropping off the car was pretty efficient. Was texted to pick up car an hour after predicted. Leased car, Service light was on . It was brought to this place for service. Before I could learn it was not needed service and it was only warning to get 25,000 service they charged It was brought to this place for service. Before I could learn it was not needed service and it was only warning to get 25,000 service they charged $109 and said it is already done but gave me discount! Said they checked the floor mat, fluid level and few other minor things and it is of course work that was done and I need to pay! I would never use this place again and only reason I did was because car is still under warranty and 36,000 miles service contract LEASED car. More
