Took my car in on March 3, 2023 and Gilbert Preciado was my Service Advisor. He was upfront and outlined everything that my car needed and then let me choose how to proceed. Was happy with my oil change and vehicle inspection until that evening. Driving to an Dr. appointment 12 miles away the Tire Pressure light came on. Checking the tires with my gauge I fou inspection until that evening. Driving to an Dr. appointment 12 miles away the Tire Pressure light came on. Checking the tires with my gauge I found the tires inflated to 40 lbs. They were supposed to be at 35. As checking tires was on the work order I have to believe tech inflated the tires to that incorrect high level. More
