I had a service appointment, arrived on time and stood waiting for assistance for 20 minutes. 30 employees walked by me, I was hardly acknowledged, but waited patiently. Excited that they offer a shuttle at drop off. I “reserved” a ride and when i dropped off the car i was told the wait for the shuttle would at least 45 minutes. That is not a convenient service. Second visit in last year for service and it has gotten very poor and virtually unresponsive. My last visit, there was an oil leak identified. The part took 6 days to come in when I was told 2 to 3 max. very poor and virtually unresponsive. My last visit, there was an oil leak identified.
