Joel, service writer did a great job expediting repairs on my daughter’s stranded vehicle this weekend and went above and beyond to get her back on the road as quickly as possible. First time I used AutoNation Toyota Irvine service dept for a battery replacement. Pleasantly surprised by their efficiency. Got me in quickly as a walk-in. Did need a battery terminal connector replacemen for a battery replacement. Pleasantly surprised by their efficiency. Got me in quickly as a walk-in. Did need a battery terminal connector replacement, which seemed a little pricey ($75). But did not really have a choice. Satisfied customer overall. More
