My 2022 told me that it required service and to take it to the dealership at 5000 miles. The Service department always treats me like they're doing me a service. I walk in, groups of employees are talking to the dealership at 5000 miles. The Service department always treats me like they're doing me a service. I walk in, groups of employees are talking to one another, and I have to break in to speak with someone. Then they sent me to speak to someone at the end of the counter. But that is not the right person, And he doesn't know who is the right person. So back to the first group. I finally found the right person, made my appointment, and returned the next day for the service. More

I've been going there for years and recently had a few issues I wanted to get a diagnosis for on my car. Jonathan Lobos was my service advisor and he was great. Rather than me arriving there and finding o issues I wanted to get a diagnosis for on my car. Jonathan Lobos was my service advisor and he was great. Rather than me arriving there and finding out they didn't have any techs who do a car diagnosis he allowed me to come at a different time or gave me options. Quoted me 2 hours in case it was something big but it was barely 30ish minutes and all my issues were solved. More
