Since moving to Las Vegas from Hawaii, the service has been superb. Ivan was our #1 Service Advisor. He has since been promoted 👍….. I have been service my vehicle with thid dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2015. Aside from an incident involving a mechanic not tightening a bolt on my brake caliper and coming off while driving th I purchased my vehicle in 2015. Aside from an incident involving a mechanic not tightening a bolt on my brake caliper and coming off while driving then damaging my rim, I have had not other issues. The rim was repaired at no cost by the dealership. The main reason I continue to service my vehicle here is because of Tim. He is the best service advisor there and always keeps me up to date. More

Stopped in for a service oil change, the service adviser was telling me it wasn't included with the 25,000 or 2 year maintenance for new vehicle purchase. On the receipt he printed, it said they did an oil was telling me it wasn't included with the 25,000 or 2 year maintenance for new vehicle purchase. On the receipt he printed, it said they did an oil change, but when I got home I checked my dip stick the oil was not change. Really bad customer service. Will probably take my vehicle to another Dealership next time. More
