This dealership is very hit and miss. Sometimes great, most of the time bad. This is only reference to the front end of the service team, and not labor. They often tend to be selectively rude, unwilling to help, and incredibly hesitant to answer any questions. This specific time I called ahead of time because I did not have an appointment. I was assured that I could drop off my car and pick it up later. I was greeted with passive aggressive hostility, and no checks were done on my car as they have been previously done. I bring my car to this dealership because this is where I bought it, so I always felt obligated. But at this rate, I'm better off going to Jiffy Lube. My technician's are always random, and this time it was Eric Morrison. So yeah, i'm not sure how this place has so many 5-star ratings considering the service techs are super rude and condescending. More
