Wanted to get some parts. I have been told that the parts are not stocked and need to be ordered and will be ready one day after pay. I made a full payment for the parts that I have been told that the parts are not stocked and need to be ordered and will be ready one day after pay. I made a full payment for the parts that even weren't ready. Waited for over a week and the parts department said we can't have the parts ready. All we can do is refund you!!! Seriously?!! waited for over a week and simply been told get the refund. Terrible customer service. Nobody willing to help. More

Is an individual with decade's of experience; he knows what needs to be done, and that the customer is waiting on their The service advisor Mark G.
