Could not start vehicle at home, called USAA, they sent a truck to pick it up and deliver to your location, per my instruction. Received a call indicating the battery needed to be replaced; told them to p truck to pick it up and deliver to your location, per my instruction. Received a call indicating the battery needed to be replaced; told them to proceed. Notified me when it was ready to pick up; picked up, drove it home. Later that evening, my wife and her sister drove it to a store at Rainbow and Decatur. When they returned to the vehicle it would not start. They called me and I drove our other vehicle, with jumper cables, to find them. When I got to there location they had been able to start it so we drove it home with not further incident. But with a lot of apprehension re: stopping at a light and having the engine stop. We arrived at home without further incident and the vehicle performed fine today (Friday). I was surprised, and disappointed that they had the one occasion when it would not start. Obviously, I do not know the reason for the failure to start. It probably is worth bringing it back to you, especially if we have a second failure to start. Suggestions, if any, would be appreciated. More
I was misleading by the agent who took care of me very disappointed by the service. He asked me if they could pull a credit bureau I said no and they pulled 2, gave them an offer from my bank and when I l disappointed by the service.
