Regret visiting there for service my car. Comparing to other dealerships Auto nation service department is not in the best standards. Didn’t check the tire pressure after rotating the tires Comparing to other dealerships Auto nation service department is not in the best standards. Waiting area was good. They returned my car before the promised time after servicing. However overall I’m not satisfied with the service and not planning to visit for my next service. We went in looking for a hybrid, but of course it’s a wait. We almost gave up and started looking at used cars, but then they had a gas highlander that was available (due to some ordering issue). It was more than what we were looking for but all the extras just sealed the deal! The finance guy was awesome as well! We definitely will be returning in the future! The sales people weren’t pushy like others and the price was unbelievable compared to what another dealership was trying to sell us a highlander for! We paid less for a platinum one here than what another dealership was asking for for a XLE!!!! Best experience we’ve had at a car dealership in NV! More

They made the whole car buying experience a positive even though I had to wait for my Tundra to get to the dealership.
