While this may seem efficient and create a good service experience, it results in unnecessary waiting and frustration. All agents have the customer’s information available. Apparently most customers were assigned the same representative so despite their being a number of reps available, the customer is forced to wait. I finally complained and lo and behold the non assigned agent pulled up my information for my routine check and, after a signature, I was free to leave. More

Michael was friendly and understanding. But it took 3 hours to service our car which we never had experienced before. They also recommend new tires soon but didn't mention the brand new one But it took 3 hours to service our car which we never had experienced before. We also got a receipt without the cost of items done and a coupon they said they "applied" to, unknown if that was true because all the receipt said was the total charged at the end with the coupon and not the specified items deducted, or what was discounted... Excellent customer service, I'm in and out in a very short time frame. I always work with Mark Guilfoyle (service dept) never a problem. His service team is topnotch I have never brought the vehicle bac short time frame. I always work with Mark Guilfoyle (service dept) never a problem.
