I had an oil change and minor maintenance done and was told at 7:15 the car would take about 2 hours till it was finished. Around 12:00 I asked what is taking so long and found out car was done at 9:15 an told at 7:15 the car would take about 2 hours till it was finished. Worked with Efren when buying our new 4 runner. He was great! He stayed in communication with me while we were waiting for the truck to get allocated and shipped. Plus autonation wasn’t doing crazy He was great! He stayed in communication with me while we were waiting for the truck to get allocated and shipped. Plus autonation wasn’t doing crazy markups. They sell new vehicles at msrp when other dealers are trying to get $10k+ over msrp. I highly recommend buying from autonation and Efren. Great experience overall. More
