No loose ends and the customer leaves feeling like they can rely on the Autonation service department to always take care of your car. I appreciate the transparency in the diagnostics. More
I’m a disabled veteran and upon entering the dealership’s service area I approached the desk of one Tim P and was greeted with a snarkily delivered “Yeah?” I was of course taken aback by such an abrasive rec service area I approached the desk of one Tim P and was greeted with a snarkily delivered “Yeah?” I was of course taken aback by such an abrasive reception and thought surely he had some eye site issues as I was wearing and ball cap bearing the words “Disabled Veteran” and my vehicle was parked nearby (clearly visible through a freshly cleaned picture window) which displayed a Disabled Veteran’s tag. I related that I was there to have my car serviced but didn’t have an appointment (my wife’s brother died suddenly so I had to be on the road the next day.) Tim then huffs over to one of his coworker’s nearby stations and scolds as he pounds his lil’ fist on the counter top “Then you need to wait right here because I can’t help you right now!” He then stomps hisself back over to his desk and puts me on ignore. In the past seven years I have forked over countless thousands to Toyota for two new vehicles and buckets more to their service department and I will not be castigated by some cocky youngster in this manner. This person obviously has no regard for disabled veterans which is not only an insult to myself but to everyone who has worn a uniform in service of this country. I am therefore NEVER again buying another vehicle from Auto Nation and Timmy Boy is the reason why. I also write reviews for several veterans and military publications so he went and done it now. Always great service. Michael is very professional, respectful and organized. I haven’t had one bad experience so far and that’s absolutely refreshing. Michael is very professional, respectful and organized. I haven’t had one bad experience so far and that’s absolutely refreshing. More
