I live in Idaho and I purchased a 2022 Tundra on 7-6-22 from this dealership. I had pre arranged financing and was assured everything was in order prior to my arrival. Once I arrived I was strong armed t from this dealership. I had pre arranged financing and was assured everything was in order prior to my arrival. Once I arrived I was strong armed to sign a back up finance agreement while they awaited the check from the bank. They knew I was stuck and I had no choice but to agree and let them run my credit. I could have brought a check with me but they wouldn't provide me with a purchase order to give the bank until I arrived. Its now 7-7-22 and I am still waiting on the documents to be sent from the dealership to the DMV so that I can register my truck. I have been told by sales associate Christian that the paperwork was mailed last week on 6-29-22. Only to be told by another associate named Sergio today that the paperwork still has yet to be mailed out to the DMV. My temp registration expired on 7-6-22. This dealership was been extremally dishonest, non forth coming with information and used underhanded sales tactics. Its dealerships like this and employees like this that explain why consumers hate working with dealerships. More
Carlos helped us get a 2022 Corolla with minimal hassle. He made the process super quick and easy, and when we had to redo the window tint in the back, he was also super accommodating. The automobile market is so crazy right now. Although I didn't get quite as screwed on my deal for a 2022 Corolla at Auto Nation Toyota on West Sahara, as other dealerships were attempting, it i Although I didn't get quite as screwed on my deal for a 2022 Corolla at Auto Nation Toyota on West Sahara, as other dealerships were attempting, it is still disheartening be taken advantage of. They treat new sales like they are used car sales. Shady, dishonest and unreliable. It is a good thing that Toyota products are safe and reliable...otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. More
Always very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Was there for about an hour which was so much quicker than my previous scheduled oil change when I was there for over 2 hours. Only imp professional. Was there for about an hour which was so much quicker than my previous scheduled oil change when I was there for over 2 hours. Only improvement would be for the dealer to get some Univetsal remotes for the TVs can only watch so much of Deadliest Catch. More
For the past year and a half, I've had up and down experiences at this dealership, I'd just like it to be consistent. This time was fosure below satisfactory, eric morrison was Short, condescending, q experiences at this dealership, I'd just like it to be consistent. This time was fosure below satisfactory, eric morrison was Short, condescending, quick, and overall not "pleasing" to deal with at all. Don't worry I'll leave examples, walked up to his desk at 9:22 for my 9:30am appt, I get trying to be quick and efficient, with his quick response, "NAME?", but he just came off as a complete jerk. Pretty much told me it was unnecessary to do my oil change, instead of educating, he pretty much tried to write me off and say hey you don't need it so don't do it. The back and forth could've been civil and direct versus condescending and Short. He made sure I was aware I'd wait 2.5 hours with his swift farewell response. "See you in 2.5 hours." It was clear it made him feel good to get the last word and just be so brief about it. I waited outside and observed my car in the "completed service" parking lot for probably 30 min. Before he called me as I was communicating with Kevin Grady, that dude is awesome. Kevin is an honest 10/10 advisor to deal with, so is Jose Jiminez who I had on a previous visit. To be honest even Lobos is cool as xxxx, even though he left me hanging once I still give that guy like 9/10 because dude was chill and direct. Emmit and Orlando in the pick up and drop off lot, were real polite just to other customers, so I had to shout those to guys out. Its hot as xxxx and they still out there with a good attitude. This frame work was just to layout that eric m. works much below everyone's standards I've dealt with. I got left by Lobos for a service and I still like/prefer that guy over eric, because dude was easy to work it, and I'm 100% sure it was unintentional. The service director has emailed me at least 2 times after a "bad" experience but nothing ever comes of it. To be honest communicating with him has been a waste of time, Chris Toth, I'm sure he is busy, but it does absolutely nothing. I mean I said everything I needed to say on this review. What's the purpose of him reaching out? More
