Grateful that they don’t charge BS market adjustments like most dealerships do. I don’t understand why the process took 5 hours to complete. My purchase was so easy I was waiting another month for my vehicle to come in and Alex’s mutafov called me to let me know there was one on the lot. He even brought the vehicle to me to test drive. Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. No pressure very attentive and fast service. I bought a 2022 Highlander what an amazing vehicle .
