Still waiting for my refund My car buying experience was good, but after my car was totalled its been nothing but a nightmare with this dealership. I went in over a month ago to cancel my $2600 service contract and I was told my bank would be sent the refund. Over a month later and numerous emails and phone messages later, still no refund. I get passed around on the phone lines and noone will return my emails or phone calls, including several messages left with Nick the General Manger. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't appreciate being ignored when I have been waiting for over a month for my money. More

They are scammers and liars! Avoid! Before we left the financing Dept. Carlos Burger mentioned that we would hear from him on Monday about our financing "but everything will be ok". We attempted to call him when we didn't hear from him several times, we left messages with him, the sales manager and our salesman, Will. We never heard from anyone until Thursday when Carlos called with a question about something on our credit history--which they had for almost a week at this point. We called back on Friday and all weekend trying to figure out what was going on. They finally told us that our interest rate was going to be nearly twice as much as we agreed on. We were understandably upset. We were hung up on twice! We finally just brought the car back and we were treated horribly then too. Bottom line is that they lied to us from the beginning. Will and the sales manager knew our credit history and score on the Friday night we took the car home. Carlos also lied when trying to sell us a warranty. Since the highlander was a hybrid he tried selling us the warranty based on the fact that it would cover the battery. However, in the fine print of the warranty exclusions under the hybrid heading it states that the battery pack was not covered. He literally had nothing to say when I brought it to his attention. Learn from our experience and avoid this dealership at all costs! More

We traveled from another state to purchase a vehicle that was on We had a horrible "almost" car buying experience here at AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. We traveled from another state to purchase a vehicle that was on the lot here. We were made aware of the availability of the vehicle by a sales representative over the phone. We had our financing in place prior to making the trip to Las Vegas and had already agreed on a purchase price with the dealership. We also made arrangements, prior to visiting the dealership, to trade in the vehicle we had been driving. We knew traveling down there that the dealership was waiting for the vehicle to be inspected and cleared, and that this would need to happen prior to taking the vehicle out for a test drive. Well, despite the dealerships hopes and explanation that the vehicle would clear quickly, the vehicle never did clear. We actually extended our time, and expenses, in Las Vegas by an extra day in hopes that the vehicle would clear and that we would finally be able to take it out for a drive. Well, the vehicle NEVER cleared and this was due to problems with the financing arrangements between the dealership and the vehicle's previous owner. Apparently the previous owner did not provide all of the necessary financial documents and therefore was forced to give back the vehicle he purchased from them and take back his trade-in, which was the vehicle we were there waiting around to buy. I would think that any dealership would ensure that a vehicle they are discussing the particulars about over the phone, with a potential customer, would make sure that vehicle is actually available to be purchased. This vehicle was the perfect car at the perfect price for our family. Our thought is that paperwork may have gotten messed up when the trade in happened and the price we were quoted was actually a lot lower than they intended it to be. If this was the case, although the dealership indicated differently, maybe they never intended the sale to go through with us and were just taking us for a ride. I will not ever take the 'gamble' of considering the purchase of another vehicle from this dealership!! More
